My name is Marvin Nagelbloem (21), in 2005 I added 3 great titles to my list, the European, World championship and the mr Universe, I busted my ass, (NO PAIN NO GAIN) and with some help this all became possible.
Alison Maria, one of the best bodybuilders from Holland (in my opinion and those of other BB?s) and with success.
And recently also as a coach, all those years of training en diet experience or paying of, for me and the rest of team ALI. The changes my body made were incredible and they were clearly visible at my shows. If they only knew how many times I had to vomit during my prep.
Ali is always on time, he works very professionally and he always has my schedules on time. Who knows how far I can go with his knowledge and you to?.
Ali isn?t done competing expect to hear a lot more of him, with a recent 11 place finish (Ausie GP) and with some planned shows after the summer anything can happen. Me I?m resting for the time being, but when I start again I will bigger and better for my next show, see yall then??.
