Few years ago I was training in the gym and one gay came to me a asked me why I’m not competing. He told me he know one gay who can put me in shape for contest if I want to. He brought me to Alison Maria.
From the first day Ali introduce me to his ten commands, so after I had agree he said now can the work begins. Each week I could see how my body was transforming to contest shape. My body weight was stabile while my body fat percentage was decreasing. Two weeks before the show, people was telling me that I’m ready for the show so I have asked him ,if I could take a junk food for that weekend. Alison reaction was no way, he said: your body is going in a good direction but we are not ready yet, the soup has still to be flavoured it needs some ingredients. He said I will tell you when we’re ready. To make a long story short, at my first show I won my category unanimous. Two weeks later I placed third in line up of twenty four competitors in Delfzijl.
It was a great experience being guided bye Alison. Maria. Alison is more than a coach, he does not only put you in shape, but he will bring you to the arena and stay there in your right corner till the end of the battle.
