I always dreamed of a hard body just like the guys I see in the magazines. I met Ali at the end of 1999 our brother Funchi (Orlando Obispu) brought him to Tiger Gym to see if there are some talents or to make some and give advice he is always positive. Ali always got his black handbag by hand with his food and supplements and I asked him what are you carrying in there, he answered the magic potion to get big. They had a show that night at “Any time shake” a place he always remembers when he comes to Bonaire; the show was big time man.

On thing is for sure knowing Ali and speaking with him brings your training and motivation to another level. He told me you got the tools and body to start competing brotha .He gave me some tips of training and diet.

In 2003 I called him and told him Ali I need some help and if he could come to Bonaire, he answer me right away yes my brother and he came train me. And I did fine I was placed #3 in the Antillean championship in the lightmiddle class. After that year he came the next 3 years to help the athletes from Bonaire .The last two I saw my shape change and getting better, if you listen to Ali he will tell you what body part you need to train and the exercise to do for that spot. He always tells me you are underestimating yourself, you can and you are looking, but I didn't see that shape I want to see yet. Continue doing your hard work and you will see the result.

Ali is a funny guy and he loved to give nicknames to people, but when it comes to working out and reps he doesn’t play any games after the workout he will laugh with you again.
