Alisons Succes Story
'll introduce myself first. My name is Jacqueline de Groot, Ali calls me 'Purunchi'. I started training with Alison on June 26th 2005. I am 1,62 cm and weighed 185 lbs (84 kilo). After training with Alison for 4 months and being on a diet (Alison calls it 'eating healthy') I lost 47 lbs (21,5 kilo). With a diet and training schedule made by Ali it actuallt went very well from the start. I train 3 times a week, do cardio, exercises for ab. and fitness.
Training with Alison is a whole experience apart. It 's fun, but it 's also hard work. If you 're not serious you better forget it! Alison is behind you and motivates you a full 100%, but if you are not behind it a full 100% yourself, he can't work with you. Others see you train with him and see results and that gives you and your trainer a good feeling. You have to do something for it yourself though, the results don't fall out of the sky, but with Ali as coach I have come very far.
Mainly because of his good guidance and always enthousiastic input I am now where I want to be with my body. I feel much better and much more energetic. Recently someone said to me: 'So you're Alisons succes story!' That was wonderful to hear. Alison had told that person about my results and it's great to know that my trainer is proud of my accomplishmentsm that keeps you motivated and gives you strength to continue.
I want to thank Alison very much for his guidance and input to help me achieve what I wanted so badly. I am proud to call him my coach and hope we will continue another great year with again great results.
By the way, what's nice to mention that when Alison starts training you and he shoves his 'hipbag' to the side, than that means he is going to get started doing some serious damage to you. (He 'll be training you hard!) Lol
